The following is the Privacy Policy of Spear Intellectual Property Law PLC (“Spear IP“). All Personally Identifiable Information (as defined below) submitted to Spear IP is subject to this Privacy Policy.

When you contact Spear IP in any way (calling, emailing, scheduling a consultation, submitting your email address via online forms, registering for the Spear IP mailing list, and/or requesting to book a package), you may be sending your name, email address, phone number, and facts pertaining to a current or potential legal matter (all of which are referred to as “Personally Identifiable Information” or “PII”).  SPEAR IP exclusively collects the personal information you voluntarily and knowingly provide.

Spear IP reserves the right to collect non-identifiable information about users of the website (the “Website“) in order to understand how visitors interact with and experience the Website. This includes browser data, number of viewers, and the pages that are most frequently visited. This data is not linked to you or your PII, and is used solely to improve the Website.

How Does Spear IP Use My Information?

Your PII voluntarily submitted via the Website is held with the utmost confidentiality. Spear IP does not distribute, sell, or otherwise expose your PII to third parties without your permission, and will not share your information unless 1) you explicity authorize Spear IP to do so; 2) disclosure is required in good faith as a part of your representation;  or 3) Spear IP is compelled to do so by law. By providing Spear IP with your PII, you are agreeing to Spear IP’s use of such information to contact you. This could include, but is not limited to:

  • Providing you with promotional information pertaining to Spear IP’s services and areas of expertise;
  • Contacting you to discuss legal representation; or
  • Providing you with legal information pertaining to your submitted PII.

Links to Third-Party Sites

You may have noticed that the Website contains links to outside sources (“Third-Party Sites”). Keep in mind that Spear IP is not responsible for the privacy policies or conduct of users on any Third-Party Sites, which policies may differ from ours. The privacy policy of Third-Party Sites will govern your conduct and/or any data collected during your experience with those sites.

Children’s Privacy Statement

This site is not intended for and should not be used by children under the age of 13. Any information that is known to have been submitted by any person under the age of 13 will be deleted.
